Crete Cote Village is a small-scale development of individual chalets and apartments all in “chalet style” buildings. Internal finishing is to a high specification and the village offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. A free “ navette” (shuttle bus) will link the village to Plagne 1800 and the other high altitude La Plagne villages. The piste runs close to the village down to the recently installed La Roche 6 man chairlift that whisks you up to above Aime 2000 allowing you to access all of high altitude La Plagne and the slopes towards the lovely village of Montalbert. La Plagne is one of France’s best-known ski resorts and is made up of six high altitude resorts and four lower village resorts. With some 225 km. of piste it offers something for all standards of skier and boarder. The incredible Vanoise Express gondola links La Plagne to Les Arcs; together they form PARADISKI, which, with some 425km. of piste, is one of the world’s largest ski areas. Just below Crete Cote village is the Olympic Bobsleigh piste, unique in France. Just above is Plagne 1800, which is to get another chairlift for the coming season making access to the slopes even easier. This new chairlift will link Plagne 1800 to Plagne Centre and from there the NEW La Bergerie chairlift will allow you to access all of high altitude La Plagne. The original Plagne 1800 chairlift is still in place to access the excellent Golf training slope and the wooded runs towards Montalbert.
