You can move into this chalet and enjoy its charm and homeliness while you plan more renovation which could add another some 170m2 of living space. The chalet was built in 1895 and the ground floor has been very tastefully renovated giving a sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/dining room.
Exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a wood burning stove make the sitting room really cosy and inviting.
The main bedroom and ensuite bathroom has got under floor heating and there are electric heaters in the other rooms. The 2nd bedroom is also a double and has its own bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen has got a lovely farmhouse feel with the polished tiled floor and big cooker and fridge. A door leads outside to a terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Follow the sun round and there is another wooden terrace at the back of the chalet which is not overlooked at all. The garden has been landscaped for easy maintenance.
The grange above the ground floor is enormous and, subject to planning permission would make a great renovation project. A separate apartment or more bedrooms and a living area with superb views - the possibilities are endless.
