La Grand Terche, the ski station of St Jean D’Aulps is part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski area that boasts nearly 600km of marked slopes in resorts in France and Switzerland. St Jean d'Aulps Ski Resort

The ski resort of St Jean D'Aulps is a lovely, typically savoyard village with a small cable car which takes you to the local ski station, it has an array of bars and restaurants and all other local amenities you might want.


It is just 10 minutes drive to Morzine and 1 hour 20 minutes to the international airport at Geneva. This is a year round destination with the skiing and snowboarding throughout the Portes du Soleil area, walking, climbing, sailing (just 20 minutes away on Lac Leman)
