Just a stroll away from the 8 man gondola that connects you into the Three Valleys ski is this new development where work has recently started ready for the off next season. Designed with the skier and mountain lover in mind the open living area has large windows allowing light to flood in and you to enjoy the view, so this will be a bright and airy space which also access’s a large terrace of 17m2, also providing fantastic views of Le Cochet and down the valley towards the Valmorel and Maurienne Valley. The living area has a corner kitchen which will be fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining and lounging. There is an open fireplace, so you can cosy up on those cold skiing days – although there is underfloor heating throughout. There is also a garage and parking space for each chalet and you enter into a hall with hanging space. In total there is 116m2 of habitable space, this does not include the garage, balconies or terrace. There is also the exciting possibility of buying two together to make an 8 bedroom chalet! See reference 9608HB73. The chalets are situated on a flat piece of land (most unusual in the mountains) making access nice and easy and they are within easy walking distance to the 8 man gondola. The centre of the resort with its shops and restaurants is also within a couple of minutes, and in the opposite direction is the Michelin 2* La Bouitte for those very special occasions. In the summer the tennis courts and the crazy golf next door emerge from under the snow providing immediate access to two popular summer activities. The ski resort of St Martin de Belleville is essentially still a village and it is very attractive in the summer with a quiet summer season over July and August which is fantastic for mountain bikers and walkers and makes these chalets much more than just places to ski from. What makes it extra special for skiers is its easy access into the 600kms of marked piste of the Three Valleys ski area. This vast area includes Courchevel, Meribel, la Tania and just up the valley from St Martin, Les Menuires and Val Thorens – the highest ski resort in Europe! In the summer it is alive with colour and a superb place for walking mountain biking and all sorts of wonderful mountain activities ..... including long lunches!
