Resort Description

Granier, situated a little higher at 1250m has its own well kept secret. A couple of bends above the village it has ITS OWN SKI AREA with a couple of lifts, a couple of pistes down and a small nursery area. Always popular with locals you can ski here for 8 euros a day!!!!!; with no queues and even a small “buvette” for a drink and a snack. This could not be more removed from the mega- resorts to be found roughly half an hour away on the other side of the valley. A lovely traditional village, Granier has a small grocers and a “depot de pain” as well as the Auberge “ Les Gentianes” retaurant and bar.
