It's very well laid out with flap down bunks in the entrance.
There is a small bathroom with bath with shower in it , basin and WC
The kitchen is open plan with lovely views looking back over the lake and to Tignes le lac and lavachet areas.
The sofa bed its a lit gigogne so can be 2 singles or made into 1 larger bed .
This apartment comes with a small cave, a ski locker and also a small laundry cupboard , which means that you can store belongings if you would like to rent the apartment ment when not using it .

You can use the apartment just as it is, or could maybe make some minor adjustments to modernise.

The entrance of the building is on the Main Street of Val Claret with hotels, bars , restaurants, supermarkets etc. This apartment is situated on the back of the building away from the bustle of the street , but with the stunning views of the lake . The balcony faces North so there is all day sunshine over the lake and mountains.

The balcony is big enough to have a table and chairs to eat outside.

If you are looking for a snow sure resort then Tignes is guaranteed. As part of the Espace Killy area which is linked with VAL D'ISERE , there are over 300km off piste , with many high and North facing slopes. You can defend from the top of the Grand Motte sits at 3456m and descends all the way down to the pretty tree lined runs of Tignes le Brevieres. This area also benefits from being very close to the Italian border and hence gets snow from the East as well.

Tignes is located in the Espace Killy , its fast becoming as popular in the summer as the winter , thanks to the fantastic activity programmes offered during the Summer months and the stunning lake as well as the highest golf course in Europe .

The Vanoise national park is a protected are and there are many trails , hikes in the area.

There are no shortage of bars, restaurants , shops and nut clubs as well as a brilliant indoor sports centre, climbing wall and gym .

You can reach Tignes in around 3 hours from Lyon / Geneva
Bourg Saint Maurice is 45 mins away and has a train station with fast trains to Lyon Paris and London , as well as supermarkets , local market , many activities .

The ski area links the two resorts of Val d'Isere and Tignes. Val d'Isere sits at approximately 1800 metres and is a truly modern alpine village. The pretty old town of snow filled streets and Savoyard stone buildings is home to the original village church built in 1664. The resort centre is lively and vibrant, with shops, restaurants and bars to suit any budget and taste, lining the wide, spacious main-street.Every season, during summer and winter, Val d'Isere hosts all sorts of events - from Savoyard festivals or fayres show-casing local produce such as cheeses, cured meats or lace. International sporting events like the Tour de France and the World Ski Championships often stage an event here. Music festivals are often hosted during the summer and winter 2010 welcomes a stage of the World Snow Polo Masters Series! Tignes and Val d’Isere, combined, make up the world renowned ski area of Espace Killy. Tignes itself offers all year round skiing with the Grande Motte glacier, altitude of 3030 metres, being served by a modern funicular. Val d’Isere offers expert off piste skiing on the beautiful Col d’Iseran. The other 2 sectors of the linked area have more gentle runs, perfect for beginners. Tignes is a purpose built resort. The centre is Le Lac, which was the original village. Recent remodelling work has improved its appearance dramatically. Val Claret is situated 2kms higher and is where you will find the Grande Motte funicular. A lesser known part of Tignes is Le Breviere, which lies at 1550 metres. Situated next to a picturesque lake it has maintained its small alpine village atmosphere. As well as skiing and snowboarding, Tignes offers numerous other activities, including ice skating, snow shoeing, ice climbing and quad biking. Sports shops, supermarkets and bakers are spread throughout the resort. And there are no shortage of bars and restaurants. Le Lac is the heart of Après Ski drinks whilst the most atmospheric places to eat can be found in Val Claret. The Eurostar offers a regular service to Bourg Saint Maurice which is at the foot of Tignes, from here a taxi transfer can be arranged. Local Airports include Lyon (approx 140km), Geneva (130km), Chambery (80km) and Grenoble (120km).
