Les Deux Alpes, Alpe d'Huez Grand Rousses - Massif des Ecrins, Freney d'Oisans, Auris, Le Bourg d'Oisans, l'Alpe d'huez, Vaujany, Besse

I have the chance to work as a real estate consultant in the mountain ranges of Oisans, a natural region of the French Alps, located in the departments of Isère and Hautes Alpes. This region has 4 ski areas, that of Alpe d'Huez Grand area which extends over 1000 hectares of ski slope; where you can ski the mythical black piste "la Sarenne", with its 2000m altitude difference and 16km length making it the longest marked piste in the world. The 2 Alpes area is also well known for its glacier, which is the largest skiable glacier in Europe! You can ski between 3200m and 3600m above sea level, or 400m of elevation gain, and it’s very pleasant to ski there in summer. For the more experienced skiers, there’s the off-piste area of The Grave la Meije, with its cable car that takes you up to 3200 m in 30 minutes, you can ski in the powder far from the marked slopes. Holidaymakers more adept at Nordic skiing can go to the Col d'Ornon resort, and ski on pleasant slopes that wind through a beautiful Alpine forest. When we think mountain destination, often we think winter sport, however, summer tourism has developed strongly in recent years in resort, and many holidaymakers come hiking, equally many come for downhill mountain biking, especially in the 2alpes where we have 98km of baled slopes and 6 ski lifts dedicated to mountain biking. So in our region, we are not bored, and whether you are a great rider, very good skier, or simple contemplative of these wonderful mountain landscapes that Mother Nature offers us, you will enjoy the feeling of plenitude, and freedom that the great outdoors offers. And whether you have the desire to acquire an apartment, a chalet, for a rental investment, or the wish to acquire your little nest for your family, I look forward to accompanying you in your beautiful project.
