On the garden level you’ll find a fully appointed kitchen, a spa-style bathroom with bath, and a separate WC. A graceful staircase between the kitchen and living room—together with soaring ceilings—creates an airy, expansive feel. The living room centres on a designer woodburning fireplace and the dining area’s large sliding door frames sweeping views of the Belledonne range, bringing the mountains into every mealtime. Two tranquil bedrooms sit on the first floor: one with a sumptuous double bed and one with three single beds — ideal for families or friends who value both privacy and shared space.
2) South West Studio — The Cascade (up to 4 guests)
Perched on the south west corner, this luminous studio maximizes light and views in a compact, elegant layout. A chic kitchenette and high ceiling living room open to a mezzanine double bed above the entrance. The marble-finished bathroom features a steam shower and there’s a separate WC.
3) Family Apartment — Le Dôme (ideal for 4–6+ guests)
Oriented to the south with an expansive balcony, this apartment is tailored for families. Bedrooms include one with direct balcony access, one with its own wash basin and shower, and a large family room with two single beds plus a bunk. Two luxurious bathrooms — one with a bath, one with a shower — plus two separate WCs ensure true comfort and convenience. The living area features a warm fireplace, a well-equipped kitchenette, exposed stone walls and timber beams that deliver authentic alpine charm. In the evening, watch the mountain tops glow red as the sun sets.

Situated only 1 hr 20 from its nearest airport, Grenoble St Geoirs, Alpe D'Huez has been appropriately named Isle de Soleil... The Island in the Sun.
This purpose built resort is home to 250 kms of piste and plays host to the Tour de France cycle race as well as the famous Mega Avalanche downhill mountain bike race. Being perched at 1800 m altitude its snow record is impeccable as its pistes rise up to a formidable 3300m on the summit of Pic Blanc.
It is certainly a very practical winter resort as its' centrally located leisure facilities and its cross town lifts make everywhere easily accessible.
